Effective Date: September 22, 2026
These Terms of Service and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Parisi Training Systems, Inc., which operates Parisi Speed School and Anatomy of Speed (“Anatomy of Speed,” “Parisi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of https://anatomyofspeed.com, any website, course portal, account, content, or service that links to these Terms, and your purchase or use of our online courses, live events, certifications, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. SECTION 20 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER. UNLESS YOU TIMELY OPT OUT, THAT SECTION REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH ARBITRATION AND AFFECTS YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By visiting or using the Services, creating an account, clicking a button or checkbox indicating acceptance, registering for an event, or purchasing a product or course, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or complete a purchase.
Additional terms displayed on a product page, checkout page, order form, event registration, waiver, promotion, or course description are incorporated into these Terms. If specific written terms for a product or event conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms control for that product or event.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase or create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
If you use the Services or make a purchase for a company, gym, school, team, government entity, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” includes both you and the organization.
The Services are not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 may not create accounts, make purchases, or submit personal information through the Services.
3. Accounts and Account Security
You may need an account to access certain courses or materials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Each account and course license is for one authorized user unless we expressly approve a team, facility, or multi-user license in writing. You may not share credentials, permit another person to complete a course or assessment under your identity, or use another person’s account. Notify us promptly at info@parisischool.com if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
We may require reasonable identity or eligibility verification before issuing a certificate, changing account ownership, restoring access, or discussing an account with another person.
4. Courses, Products, and Access Periods
Course descriptions, included materials, access periods, event duration, schedules, continuing-education credits, and certification details are stated on the applicable product page or order confirmation. Those details may vary by product.
Unless a product page expressly promises lifetime access, access lasts only for the period stated at purchase. For example, some courses may provide six months of access, while other programs may use a different period. Access begins when access credentials or course availability are first provided, not when you first choose to log in, unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
We may update course materials, instructors, delivery methods, software, assessments, or curriculum to maintain or improve a program. We will not materially reduce the core content of a paid course during its stated access period without providing a reasonable substitute, credit, or other remedy where required by law.
Course access is personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable. Content may be streamed or viewed through our designated platform. Downloadable materials may be retained only where a download option is expressly provided.
5. Certifications and Continuing-Education Credits
Purchasing or attending a program does not automatically guarantee certification. You must satisfy the requirements stated for the applicable program, which may include completing modules, attending required sessions, passing an examination, demonstrating skills, following conduct rules, and paying all amounts due.
Where a product states that an Anatomy of Speed certification is valid for two years, the certification expires two years after issuance unless renewed in accordance with the requirements then in effect. Renewal may require additional education, an assessment, updated documentation, or payment of a renewal fee.
An Anatomy of Speed Coach or Anatomy of Speed Live Coach certification does not grant the title Parisi Speed Certified Coach and does not make you an employee, agent, representative, franchisee, affiliate, or authorized location of Parisi. The Parisi Speed Certified Coach designation is reserved for eligible Parisi affiliates and coaches employed by an official Parisi Speed School affiliate location.
Continuing-education credit availability and acceptance are subject to the rules of the applicable credentialing organization. Accreditations and credit values may change. You are responsible for confirming that a course qualifies for your credential and for submitting documentation by any applicable deadline. We do not control a third-party organization’s decision to accept or deny credit.
We may withhold, suspend, or revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, identity misrepresentation, cheating, account sharing, failure to satisfy program requirements, misuse of Parisi marks, or a material violation of these Terms.
6. Orders, Prices, and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before purchase. Prices generally exclude sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and charges.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total shown at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third parties such as Stripe, PayPal, digital-wallet providers, or other processors, whose terms and privacy policies also apply.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment because of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, a pricing or description error, technical problems, product unavailability, legal restrictions, or another legitimate reason. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or past due, we may suspend course access, withhold certification, cancel registration, and use lawful methods to collect amounts owed.
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable payment-card rules or law.
7. Payment Plans and Recurring Purchases
A payment plan divides a single purchase price into installments; it is not a pay-as-you-go subscription unless expressly identified as one. By choosing a payment plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge each installment on the schedule disclosed at checkout. You remain responsible for the entire purchase price even if you stop using the course, subject to applicable law and any written refund right.
If an installment fails, we may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, suspend access, cancel an event registration, or refer the unpaid balance for collection. Restoring access may require payment of overdue amounts.
If we offer an automatically renewing subscription, the checkout page will identify the recurring price, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation method. By purchasing it, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily refund charges already incurred. You may cancel using the account tools or contact method disclosed with the subscription. Any mandatory cancellation or renewal rights provided by law remain unaffected.
8. Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers, and Event Changes
Specific refund, cancellation, transfer, or guarantee terms displayed on a product page, checkout page, order form, or written offer control over this section.
Unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise, the following default rules apply to the fullest extent permitted by law:
Digital Courses and Downloadable Products
Sales of digital courses, videos, certificates, ebooks, downloads, and other digital content are final and nonrefundable once access or download capability has been provided. If we cannot provide the purchased access because of a problem within our control and cannot correct the problem within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund.
Live Events and Certifications
Live-event registration fees are nonrefundable. If you cannot attend, you may request that we transfer your registration to another eligible person or another available Anatomy of Speed event. Requests must ordinarily be received at least 14 days before the scheduled event. Transfers are subject to our approval, availability, eligibility requirements, price differences, and any event-specific rules. We are not required to provide a transfer or credit for a late cancellation, partial attendance, failure to complete prerequisites, removal for misconduct, or a no-show.
We may change an event’s venue, schedule, format, instructors, or curriculum when reasonably necessary. If we reschedule an event, your registration will generally transfer to the replacement date, and we may offer an alternative event or account credit. If we cancel an event without providing a reasonable replacement, you may choose a refund or credit for the registration fee paid to us.
We are not responsible for airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, lost wages, or other costs you incur in connection with an event, including when an event is canceled, rescheduled, relocated, or affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Consider purchasing refundable travel arrangements or travel insurance.
Physical Products
Returns of physical products, if offered, are governed by the return terms displayed when purchased. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Any book or physical item bundled with a course may need to be returned unopened and in resalable condition before a discretionary refund or credit is issued.
Nothing in this section limits refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or warranty rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction.
9. Promotions, Discounts, and Trials
Promotional prices, coupon codes, order bumps, bonuses, free trials, and limited-time offers are subject to the terms presented with the offer. They may have eligibility limits, expiration dates, product restrictions, or usage limits; may not be combined; and have no cash value. We may withdraw or correct a promotion before purchase if it contains an error or is used fraudulently.
Unless expressly stated, a later discount does not entitle an earlier purchaser to a price adjustment. If a trial converts to a paid or recurring plan, the conversion timing, price, and cancellation method will be disclosed before enrollment.
10. Limited License and Permitted Professional Use
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use purchased materials during the stated access period for your own education and professional development.
You may apply the concepts and coaching knowledge you learn when working with your own athletes or clients. You may not, without our prior written permission:
-
Copy, record, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or publicly display course content or a substantial portion of it.
-
Share logins, videos, quizzes, downloads, manuals, slides, or other materials with another person or organization.
-
Use our materials to create, market, or deliver a competing course, certification, train-the-trainer program, or substantially similar product.
-
Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, digital-rights-management, or other proprietary notices.
-
Use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or artificial-intelligence systems to download, extract, reproduce, train on, summarize for redistribution, or build a dataset from protected course content.
-
Claim that you are employed, endorsed, licensed, franchised, or authorized by Parisi beyond the exact certification or relationship you hold.
Any permission not expressly granted is reserved by Parisi and its licensors.
11. Intellectual Property and Brand Use
The Services and their content—including courses, training systems, videos, text, books, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, assessments, downloads, software, site design, and compilations—are owned by or licensed to Parisi and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
The Parisi, Parisi Speed School, Anatomy of Speed, and related names, logos, badges, certification marks, and slogans may not be used without written permission. If we provide you with an approved certification badge, you may use it only while the certification remains current and only in accordance with our brand guidelines. We may require removal of an inaccurate, misleading, altered, expired, or unauthorized use.
If you believe content on the Services infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact info@parisischool.com and identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, and the basis for your claim.
12. User Content, Reviews, and Testimonials
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as comments, reviews, questions, photographs, videos, or testimonials (“User Content”). You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit it and that it does not violate law, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contract, or intellectual-property rights.
By submitting User Content for publication or promotional use, you grant Parisi a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, edit for length or formatting without changing its meaning, publish, display, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Services. This license continues for content already incorporated into published materials, subject to applicable law. We will not use privately submitted support communications as a public testimonial without permission.
We may moderate, reject, or remove User Content at our discretion, but we are not obligated to monitor all content. Reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that others will achieve the same results.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
-
Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, or in violation of another person’s rights.
-
Circumvent access limits, security controls, payment requirements, or copy protections.
-
Introduce malware, interfere with operation, probe vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access.
-
Scrape, harvest, or collect information or content through automated means without permission.
-
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, credentials, certification, or affiliation.
-
Cheat on an assessment or help another person improperly obtain a certification.
-
Resell access, purchase for unauthorized resale, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly permitted.
-
Harass instructors, staff, attendees, customers, or other users or disrupt a live or virtual event.
-
Upload content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
14. Health, Fitness, and Physical-Activity Notice
Anatomy of Speed provides educational information about speed, movement, athletic performance, coaching, and related subjects. The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, physical therapy, or individualized treatment and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare professional.
Exercise and athletic training involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, overexertion, aggravation of an existing condition, serious injury, disability, or death. Before beginning or directing a training program, you should evaluate whether the activity is appropriate and obtain medical or professional guidance when warranted. Stop an activity and seek appropriate care if pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or another concerning symptom occurs.
You are responsible for evaluating athletes, selecting appropriate progressions, providing suitable supervision and equipment, maintaining a safe training environment, and complying with professional standards and applicable law. You voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks of applying course information or participating in physical activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Attendance at a live event may require a separate participation waiver, health acknowledgment, emergency-contact form, photo release, or venue agreement. If required, failure to complete it may prevent physical participation or attendance without creating a refund right. Nothing in these Terms releases a party from liability that cannot legally be waived.
15. No Guarantee of Results or Professional Outcome
Individual results vary. We do not guarantee a particular improvement in speed, vertical jump, athletic performance, injury rate, coaching ability, business revenue, client growth, employment, professional advancement, or any other outcome.
Case studies, testimonials, examples, performance ranges, and statements about what a participant “can,” “could,” or “may” achieve are illustrative and are not promises of typical or guaranteed results. Results depend on factors including starting condition, health, age, training consistency, coaching, technique, effort, facilities, and circumstances outside our control.
Certification confirms completion of specified program requirements. It is not a professional license, medical credential, franchise, job placement, endorsement of every coaching decision, or guarantee that an employer, insurer, regulator, credentialing organization, athlete, or client will recognize or accept it.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms for payment processing, video hosting, course delivery, shipping, analytics, communications, social media, or other functions. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or independent acts. Your use of them may be governed by additional terms and privacy policies.
We may identify tools, books, equipment, providers, or resources for convenience. Unless expressly stated, a reference does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, sponsorship, or guarantee.
17. Privacy and Electronic Communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that policy.
You consent to receive electronically the agreements, notices, receipts, disclosures, and records relating to the Services. Transactional messages may be sent to administer your order, account, course, certification, or event. Marketing communications are subject to your choices and applicable law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link provided and opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP.
18. Disclaimers of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES, COURSES, CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PARISI DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN WRITING, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from harmful components, or that every error will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARISI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, INSTRUCTORS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY; OR PERSONAL OR BUSINESS DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF PARISI AND THE OTHER PARTIES LISTED ABOVE FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR PRODUCT, EVENT, OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PARISI FOR THE PRODUCT, EVENT, OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT CREATING LIABILITY.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, which may include liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or certain personal injuries depending on applicable law. Your jurisdiction may provide rights that override part of this section.
20. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration, and Class-Action Waiver
Informal Resolution First
Before filing a claim, you and Parisi agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. A notice must be sent by email to info@parisischool.com with the subject line Legal Dispute Notice or by mail to the address in Section 26. It must include the claimant’s name and contact information, account or order information, a description of the dispute, the supporting facts, and the requested resolution. Any limitations period will be tolled during this 30-day process where permitted by law.
Agreement to Individual Arbitration
Except for the exceptions below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, a purchase, marketing, or the relationship between you and Parisi that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, not in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration agreement.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms. The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies a court could award. The arbitration may be conducted through written submissions, by telephone or video, or in person in a reasonably convenient location consistent with the applicable rules. Fees will be allocated under the AAA rules and applicable law.
Exceptions
Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies and remains there. Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misuse, or misappropriation of intellectual property, confidential information, or account security while arbitration is pending.
Class-Action and Jury-Trial Waiver
YOU AND PARISI AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT, OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, COORDINATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR ARBITRATION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT COMBINE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER A REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF ALL PARTIES. TO THE EXTENT A DISPUTE PROCEEDS IN COURT, YOU AND PARISI WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Right to Opt Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending an email to info@parisischool.com with the subject line Arbitration Opt-Out within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. The notice must include your full name, the email associated with your account or order, your mailing address, and a clear statement that you opt out of the arbitration agreement in the Anatomy of Speed Terms of Service. You may also mail the notice to the address in Section 26, postmarked within the 30-day period. Opting out will not affect your purchase or access to the Services.
If Arbitration Is Unenforceable
If a court determines that a particular claim or remedy cannot lawfully be arbitrated, that claim or remedy will be decided by the court after all arbitrable matters are completed. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, then the arbitration agreement will not apply to that claim, and it must proceed in court.
Nothing in this section prevents you from reporting an issue to a government agency or exercising nonwaivable rights under applicable law.
21. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, if you use the Services on behalf of a business or for commercial or professional purposes, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parisi and its officers, directors, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, judgments, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful use of the Services; your violation of these Terms; your infringement of another person’s rights; your User Content; or your coaching, training, business, or professional services.
This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Parisi for Parisi’s own negligence, violation of law, or other liability that cannot be shifted under applicable law.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, cancel a registration, remove content, or refuse future service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay, threatened safety, engaged in fraud or abuse, infringed intellectual property, disrupted an event, or created legal or security risk.
When practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure a remediable violation. We may act immediately where necessary to protect people, systems, content, rights, or the integrity of a certification. If access is terminated because of your material breach, you are not entitled to a refund except where required by law.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms—will survive.
23. Governing Law and Courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 20. If a dispute is permitted to proceed in court, you and Parisi consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in or serving Bergen County, New Jersey, except where applicable consumer law requires another forum.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the consumer’s place of residence.
24. Changes to the Services or These Terms
We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively, and we will provide additional notice when required by law.
Changes will not retroactively alter the material price, access period, or core benefits of an already completed purchase unless you agree or the change is required by law, needed for security, or reasonably necessary because a third-party service is discontinued. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
25. Force Majeure
Parisi is not liable for delay, interruption, change, or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, public-health emergency, war, terrorism, civil disorder, labor dispute, government action, venue closure, transportation disruption, utility or internet failure, cyberattack, platform outage, or instructor illness or emergency. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice and an appropriate rescheduling, substitute delivery method, credit, or other remedy under the circumstances.
26. Miscellaneous and Contact Information
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any incorporated product-specific terms form the entire agreement regarding the Services and replace prior discussions or statements about the same subject. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written permission; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of the relevant business. If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Headings are for convenience only.
